When to use Flatten PDF Forms

Share a filled AcroForm as a static copy so its supported form controls are no longer editable. Keep an editable original for your own records.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose a filled AcroForm PDF
  2. Create the flattened copy
  3. Check every visible value in the result

Before you use the result

XFA forms and signature preservation are not supported. This flattens form fields rather than all annotations. Some malformed form appearances may require a desktop PDF editor.

Open the downloaded file or export before relying on it. Keep the original so you can compare quality, recover data or try different settings. Use only material you have permission to process.
