When to use Merge PDF

Bring a report, supporting notes and appendices together without uploading the source documents. The file list controls document order; each document keeps its original page sequence.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose two or more PDFs
  2. Move files up or down in the list
  3. Create the merged file and inspect its pages

Before you use the result

Use unencrypted PDFs. Existing digital signatures will not remain valid after editing. Bookmarks and document-level attachments are not merged.

Open the downloaded file or export before relying on it. Keep the original so you can compare quality, recover data or try different settings. Use only material you have permission to process.
